Welcome to the St. Clare's Episcopal Church web page. I am delighted that you are taking the time to become acquainted with our parish. As will be in evidence from other "pages" on this site, St. Clare's is a loving , vibrant community of faith grounded in the Anglican tradition. Serving Blairsville and the surrounding community, we are one of ninety-seven parishes of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta (ECUSA). Defining the Episcopal church in worship is its faithfulness to the Christ instituted and commended sacrament of the Holy Eucharist and it striving to be open and welcoming of all persons who seek a closer relationship with God and a deeper understanding of who God calls us to be, both individually and in the larger community and world. We would very much look forward to your visiting and worshiping with us--this being whether you are new to the community and seeking a church home or maybe simply in the area for a short while enjoying the wonderful North Georgia Mountains and its accompanying amenities.
